Global Procurement Solutions, Inc. ships to the Continental United States at no additional charge for orders over $100. Orders outside of the lower 48 can be sent to consolidation points for further transport.

At Global Procurement Solutions, we recognize that privacy is very important to our customers. Since we would like every customer to have the best experience possible, we are dedicated to ensuring that your privacy is secure. Please be assured that any information you submit, whether you are signing up or placing an order, will be held to the standards of security set forth in Global Procurement Solutions GSA contract.

Global Procurement Solutions does not sell or otherwise release any information regarding our customers to any third party without your expressed authorization.

Returns & Replacements

If, for any reason, customers are not satisfied with their purchase, we ask that they please follow these guidelines to ensure that you get the products you require and the satisfaction you deserve. Please note that all order discrepancies must be reported to us within 72 hours of delivery.

Shortages

All shortages will be reshipped within 72 hours of you notifying us of the error.

Returns 

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned 100% complete, in its original, sealed packaging with the UPC/barcode visible. Items must be returned with all the original contents, components and manuals included. If an item is returned in non-sellable condition Global Procurement Solutions will be unable to offer you full credit for the item.

All returns will require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and must be shipped back to Global Procurement Solutions, Inc. within 30 days.

A Return Authorization Number (RAN) number will be issued by our Customer Service Department and must be written clearly on the outside of all returned packages (visible upon deliver). Packages returned without a RAN will not be accepted and will be returned to sender who will be liable for all freight. The return process takes 15 to 20 days after which your account will be credited accordingly.

Please provide the following information to request a RAN and we will promptly process your return:
1. Original order number
2. Item being returned and quantity
3. Reason for return
4. Your name and daytime phone number
5. Your e-mail address
6. Please also advise us as to whether or not you would like your merchandise reshipped or credit posted to your account

Restocking Fees & Conditions

All returns that are not the result of a Global Procurement Solutions error (i.e. ordering in error) must be sent back with charges prepaid. In the result of an improper address being given to Global Procurement Solutions, we will gladly assist in getting you your order, however, the freight fee from the incorrect address to the correct one will be added to the invoice. Please be advised all returns may be subject to restocking fees.

Incorrect Item

Product shipped due to an error made by Global Procurement Solutions will be replaced at no charge. Global Procurement Solutions will reship the correct product with customer authorization.

Damages

Product damaged in transit will be returned, freight collect, to Global Procurement Solutions for a claim against the carrier. You will receive a replacement for the original item as soon as Global Procurement Solutions is notified. Please keep in mind that a signed receipt from the transportation company for a shipment in good condition constitutes delivery.

Global Procurement Solutions is happy to provide assistance filing a claim with an outbound carrier. Please contact us for details.  Please confirm the damages on the Bill of Lading and refuse damaged goods. This will ensure the shipment is returned promptly and that credits or reshipments will be provided in a timely manner.

Empty Toner Return Policy

Global Procurement Solutions will provide free shipping of the toner cartridge back for recycling.

Ordering

Items on GPSfederal.com are available for purchase by approved users ONLY.  Users must create an account and complete registration to order directly from the site.

Viewing Orders

Sign in to your account, click on the My Account link at the top of the page. Once there you will see several links on the right hand of the screen that allow you to run order and item history reports.

Updating Account Information

After logging to your Global Procurement Solutions, Inc. account, go to Manage Account under My Account to edit your account information.
